摘 要:网格计算是在20世纪90年代中期提出来的,现已成为一个研究热点。介绍了网格计算的起源、概念、特点及研究现状,随后介绍了Globus项目的组成、发展及成果(GlobusToolkits是Globus最重要的研究成果,目前已经成为网格事实上的标准)。然后,以GlobusToolkits架构为基础,介绍了基于网格的医院数据系统,主要用于对医学影像的处理、存储和检索。为了充分利用医院的现有资源,系统是建立在医院现有的硬件设施之上,并与当前许多医院使用的PACS兼容,PACS是遵循DICOM标准的医院影像归档和通信系统。对资源管理、信息发布和信息检索进行了比较详细的介绍。Grid computing was brought forward in the mid-90s of the 20th century. And now it has become a research hotspot. We introduce its origin, conception, characteristic and research actuality. Next, we descript the components, development and research results (Globus Toolkits is the most important research results of Globus) of Globus, which has been the fact standard of the grid computing. Then, we talk about the hospital data system which is based on the architecture of Globus. The system aims to provide services of processing, storage and searches of the medical images. In order to make the best use of the resources of hospital, we build our system on the basis of the hardware which the hospital now holds. And the system is compatible with the PACS, which complying with DICOM stand, and is used by many hospitals to archive and transfer medical images. We discuss at length about the resource management, information dissemination and information retrieval here.
