摘  要:针对龙滩水电站2×6m3强制式混凝土搅拌机液压系统存在高频液压振动问题。通过增加液压站装机功率,改变液压控制式变量泵的排量调节曲线后,消除了高频振动现象,保证了液压系统的安全稳定运行,提高了生产效率。Aimed at the high-frequency vibration question of hydraulic system for the 2×6m^3 forced concrete mixer used in longtan hydraulic power station,two additional electrical motor-hydraulic pump sets were used, the characteristic curve between the variable pump displacement and output pressure was varried,so that the high-frequency vibration of hydranlic system was eliminated. Through the improvement of the hydraulic system, running safety and stability of the system are guaranteed and the concrete production efficiency is also raised.
