摘　　要：STIr4200芯片是SigmaTel公司专门为USB接口的红外适配器开发提供的一种桥接芯片方案。既具备USB接口设备的优点,又很好地支持红外标准。本文主要介绍如何开发以STIr4200芯片为核心的红外适配器的驱动和应用一体化程序,以此作为对符合IrDA标准的器件的驱动开发,和利用WinDriver这种user-mode驱动开发工具,快速开发USB设备的功能性驱动和应用一体化程序的总结和备忘。STir4200 is a bridge chip solution provided by sigmatel. Inc. for the implementation of IrDA adapter with USB interfaces. As far as the advantages of USB bus device,it fully supports IrDA protocol. As a summary and memorandum for the driver development of IrDA device and development of USB function driver and application continuum program using WinDriver which is a user-mode driver development tool, this paper will introduce the development of driver and application continuum program for the IrDA adapter with STIr4200 inside.
