摘　　要：目的探讨血清胰岛素原(PI)在2型糖尿病患者中的改变及意义。方法采用ELISA方法测定36例2型糖尿病患者(DM组)和34例正常健康者(NG组)空腹状态下的血清PI、血浆纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)的水平。结果PI、PAI-1的水平在DM组均高于NG组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);PI在DM组、NG组均与血压(BP)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、PAI-1呈正相关(P<0.05或0.01)。结论PI在2型糖尿病患者血液中增高,且与BP、TG、TC、PAI-1呈正相关。Objective Aim To investigate the changes of proinsulin （PI） levels and its significance in patients with type 2 diabete mellitus （T2DM）. Methods The fasting plasma levels of proinsulin （PI） and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1（PAI-1） were detected by ELISA in 36 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （DM group）and 34 healthy subjects （NG group）. Results The plasma levels of PI and PAI-1 in DM group were significantly higher than those in NG group（P〈0.01 ）. PI was positively correlated with BP,TG,TC,PAI-1 levels in both groups（P〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion Plasma PI levels are higher in patients with T2DM than those in healthy persons and have a positive correlation with plasma BP, TG, TC, PAI-1 levels.
