摘  要:目的研究颅脑外伤后早期人体血清低氧应激肽效应表达及临床意义。方法收集我院急性颅脑外伤患者受伤后12—48小时以内血清,并于-40℃保存待检。采用化学法检测血清低氧应激肽含量,皮质醇含量检测采用放射免疫法。结果颅脑外伤后早期有低氧应激肽表达,皮质醇含量增高。结论颅脑外伤后早期低氧应激肽表达可能与皮质醇含量增高有关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of hypoxia stress peptide and cortisol in early period after injury of skull and brain. Methods The patients’ serums were collected and stored at-40℃ in early period (12-48hours) after injury of skull and brain. The hypoxia stress peptide was detected by the chemical method, and the cortisol was detected by RIA. Results The hypoxia stress peptide expression was demonstrated in early period after injury of skull and brain. What's more, the cortisol contents were high. Conclusions The hypoxia stress peptide expression was related with the high expression of cortisol in early period after injury of skull and brain.
