中厚板热处理装备选型及工艺布置分析

摘　　要：中厚板在线热处理一般采用连续式热处理炉,目前采用的连续式热处理炉主要有明火加热辊底式热处理炉、辐射管加热辊底式热处理炉和明火加热双步进梁式热处理炉。该三种热处理炉各有优缺点,厂家应根据自己产品定位和实际情况进行选择。技术先进的厂家热处理炉后一般均应布置辊式压力淬火机,以保证钢板板形质量和钢板性能。热处理车间的布置应根据钢种热处理工艺要求布置,不同的热处理要求其设备布置差异较大。Continuous heat treating furnace is used generally in plate heat treatment. Three types of continuous heat treating furnace which are open fire heated roll-beneath furnace,radiator heated roll-beneath furnace and open fire heated double walking beam furnace are discussed. It should be selected according to product design. Roll pressure quenching setting is used in heat treating fur- nace to ensure plate profile and features. The plant layout should be designed according to heat treating process employed actually.
