不同医生多次读X线数字成像牙片结果的一致性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究不同医生多次读X线数字成像(rad io visiography、RVG)牙片结果的一致性。方法:100个离体上颌第一前磨牙,分别拍摄颊舌向和近中远中向RVG牙片共200张。经两位医生的3次盲法读片,判断根管类型,用Kappa值来分析读片结果。结果:两位医生3次比较的Kappa值分别为:0.5255、0.468和0.5373,属中度一致性;每位医生首次读片和间隔2周的3次读片结果Kappa值分别为:0.7704、0.7824、0.7837和0.7722、0.76、0.6904,属高度一致性。结论:RVG牙片对临床诊断和治疗具有一定的参考价值,应充分利用但不能依赖,要参考多方面的信息才能作出正确的判断。AIM：To study the agreement of evalnaling radiovisiography （RVG） of dental fihns by different doctors and times. METHODS：100 recently extracted human maxillary first premolars were used. Standard radlovisiography dental fihns were taken from buccolingual and mesiodistal direction. The 200 films were observed by two independent trained endodontists at three times and were evaluated based on the root canal types, The results were analysed by Kappa value. RESULTS ：The Kappa values thr the agreement between the two endodontists were 0. 5255,0.468 and 0, 5373,respectively. While the Kappa values among three times of each endodontist were 0. 7704,0. 7824,0. 7837 and 0. 7722, 0. 76,0. 6904, respectively. The stretlgth of their agreements ranged from“moderate”to“substantial” CONCLUSION ： The authors suggest that RVG dental films eould be used,but can＇t be relied in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
