摘　　要：本文介绍了我国稀有濒危常用中药材的研究及保护现状,通过对34个物种的分析认为: 稀有濒危常用中药材在栽培技术上的进展较大,多数种类在技术上已可通过人工种植提供商品;迁地保护还有待加强;原产地保护和致危机制的研究较为薄弱。认为,应在进行遗传多样性和致危机制研究的基础上,进行有效的迁地保护和原产地保护。The paper summarized conservation status of rare and endangered traditional Chinese medicine species in China, in which concluded 34 medicinal plant species. As results of the summary, there have had great progress in TCM cultivation, and most of species can be provided to commercial requirements; ex-situ, studies still need more attention; in-situ studies are lack of researches such as threaten mechanism etc. As conclusion, genetic biodiversity and threaten mechanism studies should be promoted to achieve successful ex-situ and in-situ.
