摘 要:目的:评估聋哑儿童的残余听力和听功能状态。方法:应用听性脑干反应(auditory brainstem re-sponse,ABR)和40Hz听觉相关电位(auditory evoked related potential,AERP)检测聋哑儿童140例、280耳,以观察其波形、波潜伏期、反应阈值,并行AERP检查,观察低频段和不同声强刺激下引起的波形、潜伏期等,以冀为人工耳蜗植入术提供较可靠的依据。结果:AERP无反应97耳,ABR无反应186耳,两者差异有显著性。结论:40Hz AERP检查弥补了ABR的不足,能客观地掌握聋哑儿童人工耳蜗植入术前的听力损失情况,以能及早发现、及早治疗。Objective:To evaluate the remaining hearing and auditory function of deaf- mute in children. Method:One hundred and forty (280 ears)deaf- mute children were examined by ABR and 40Hz AERP. Result: Of the 280 ears, 97 were found no response to 40Hz AERP, so were 186 to ABR. There was a remarkable difference between the two methods. Conclusion: 40Hz AERP can remedy the deficiency of ABR, and is help in finding the hearing loss conditions of deaf- mute children before cochlear implantion.
