长期机采血小板献血者甲状旁腺素测定的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨长期机采血小板献血者血清甲状旁腺素的变化及其临床意义。方法选择长期机采血小板献血者21人(献血小板史>5年),分别检测采集血小板前后血清甲状旁腺素、钙和磷等;另选择20名非血小板献血者为正常对照组。结果采集血小板后,21名献血者的血清甲状旁腺素浓度均明显升高,血清磷明显降低,与采集前比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);长期机采血小板献血者血清甲状旁腺素较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),而血清钙和磷与正常对照组两者之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论甲状旁腺素检测对长期机采血小板献血者的健康情况有重要指导意义。Objective To investigate the Clinical significance and the changes of serum parathormone （PTH） in the platelet donors with long-term donation. Methods Twenty one platelet donors with long-term donation（〉5 years） were selected. Serum PTH, calcium and phosphorus were measured before and after platelet collection procedures. Twenty non-platelet donors served as control group. Results A significant difference was found between the levels of serum PTH and phosphorus before and after platelet collection （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Serum PTH was different between long-term platelet donors and the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Detection of PTH may play a role in monitoring the health status of long-term platelet donors.
