摘 要:研究结果表明,增加CO2浓度,可显著提高黄瓜叶片的光合速率,在大棚所处的低CO2条件下,效果更为明显。增施CO2的黄瓜产量提高31.5%。施用CO2的同时,增加光照强度,更有利于CO2肥效的提高。空气CO2浓度、细胞间隙CO2浓度与光合速率是一致的,在高CO2浓度下,气孔导度一般不是光合速率的限制因子。随着CO2浓度的增加,黄瓜叶片的呼吸速率略有提高,但与光合产物积累相比。The experimental results showed that the CO 2 enrichment could obviously increase the photosynthetic rate of cucumber leaves in plastic green house, especially in the conditions with low CO 2 content.The measurements of CO 2 enrihcment could increase the cucumber output about 31.5% , if accompanied with the increase of light intensity , the would be efficient effect more. The increase of intercellualr CO 2 concentration and photosynthetic rate was positively correlated with the increase of air CO 2 concentration in plastic green house. The stomatal conductance was not a restrictive factor for photosynthetic rate in high CO 2 conditions.
