摘  要:经高空气球搭载的谷子个体及群体存在性状变异.Sp1植株高度比对照低6.8cm,剑叶面积比对照高25%,穗重比对照高16%;Sp2出现了各种各样的性状变异;Sp3大穗型株系性状相对稳定,其中Sp3~2的种子蛋白质和脂肪含量均高于对照,Sp3~5的平均穗长比对照长5.8cm,种子的Fe元素含量比对照高61.5μmol/mol,不育株败育花粉约占1/4~1/2。Character variation on millet offsprings were discovered by the radiation in the stratosphere. The experimental results showed that plant height reduced 6.8cm in Sp1; flag-leaf area and spike weight increased 25% and 16%; there was various of character variation in Sp2 , the character of larger- spike was stable in Sp3 progeny. In Sp3~2, the contents of seed protein and fatty acid raised over the control; in Sp3~5, the average spikelength increased 5.8cm and the content of Fe element in seed raised 61.5ppm compared with control. about 1/4~1/2 pollen was unmature in Sp3 sterile plants.
