摘　　要：用线性扫描伏安法测定褪黑素,在2.0×10-10～1.0×10-6 mol/L浓度范围内,褪黑素氧化峰电流强度与其浓度呈良好线性关系.将该法用于检测脑白金胶囊中褪黑素的含量,得到了令人满意的结果.This paper reports a linear sweep vohammetric method to determine the melatonin. In the range from 2.0 × 10^-10 mol/L to 1.0 × 10^-6 mol/L, the current of oxidation peak of melatonin linearly responds upon its concentration. This method could be used in the determination of melatonin in the capsules with satisfactory results.
