摘  要:对4种干式螺杆真空泵转子型线———多头双边对称圆弧型线、单头变螺距梯形齿型线、单头等螺距梯形齿型线和单头等螺距凹齿型线进行了研究,包括:型线方程、面积利用系数、几何抽速及加工制造等特性。对各型线几何抽速和面积利用系数公式中的重要变量进行了讨论。得出以下结论:双边对称圆弧型线长径比λ取值范围为1~2,单头螺杆型线的内外径比ρ取值范围0.30~0.45,导程外径比ξ接近1。在相同的转子几何参数条件下,单头凹齿型线比其他2种单头型线的抽速大。Four kinds of rotor profile performances of dry screw vacuum pumps are compared, which are the profile of double sides and symmetrical circle, single-thread and variable pitch trapezium, constant-pitch trapezium and constant - pitch concave tooth. The performances include the equations of profile, coefficient of used area, geometric pumping speed and machining, etc. The important variables in the formulas of geometric pumping speed and coefficient of used area are discussed. It draws the conclusion that A(slenderness ratio of double sides and symmetrical circle profile ) is 1 - 2, p(boss ratio of single-thread screw profiles) is 0. 30- 0. 45 and ξ(ratio of lead and external diameter) is close to 1. With the same rotor geometric parameters, single-thread and constant-pitch concave tooth profile sucks more gas than the two other single - thread profiles.
