摘  要:目的观察冠心病猝死(SCD)病例心肌c-fos蛋白的表达,探讨免疫组化检测心肌c-fos蛋白作为SCD诊断指标的可行性。方法运用免疫组化SABC法对86例尸检病例(SCD组46例、冠心病非猝死组20例及阴性对照组20例)心肌c-fos蛋白的表达进行检测,比较其表达差异。结果①自症状出现至死亡的时间>30min的SCD者心肌组织c-fos蛋白呈阳性表达;②自症状出现至死亡的时间≤30min的SCD者仅个别病例心肌组织出现了c-fos蛋白的弱阳性表达;③冠心病非猝死组病例仅有3例出现了微弱的c-fos蛋白阳性表达;④阴性对照组没有出现阳性表达。结论c-fos蛋白的免疫组化检测结果可以作为自症状出现至死亡时间>30min的SCD案例确诊的一个重要指标。Objective To detect the expression of myocardial c-fos oncogene in sudden coronary death (SCD) and study the feasibility of c-fos protein as a marker of SCD. Methods Eighty-six autopsy cases selected from the files of our department from 1999 to 2001 were divided into 3 groups [SCD group, non-SD group with coronary heart disease (CHD) and control group without CHD] . The expression of myocardial c-fos protein was detected by using immunohistochemical technique (SABC method) and computerized image analysis. Results In the SCD cases whose time interval from the stroke to death was over 30 rain, the expression of c-fos protein was positive. There were only 3 cases who were slightly negative for the expression in non SD group with CHD. In the control group, all cases were negative for the expression of c-fos protein. Conclusion The expression of c-fos can be used as an important marker in the diagnosis of SCD whose time interval from the stroke to death is over 30 min.
