摘 要:采用微乳液法合成了掺杂Fe(OH)3的纳米-αNi(OH)2粉体,利用XRD和TEM对样品粉体的结构、形态进行表征。对样品电极进行充放电性能和循环伏安特性测试。结果发现:所合成的样品粉体结构稳定,循环可逆性好。样品电极以10 mA/cm2恒电流充电4 h,以0.1C放电,终止电压为1.0 V时,工作电压平稳于1.232 V,首次放电比容量达364 mAh/g。α-Ni(OH)2 nano-particle doped Fe(OH)3 was prepared by microemulsion method. XRD and TEM were used to analysc the phase structure and morphology of the sample powder. Charge-discharge performance and CV characteristics of the sample electrode were tested. The results showed that the stability and reversibility of the sample powder were good. The sample electrode was charged for 4 h by a charge current density of 10 mA/cm^2 and discharged at 0.1 C to the cut off voltage of 1.0 V, the initial discharge specific capacity was 364 mAh/g, the working voltage plateau was 1.232 V.
