产宝促进产后康复的临床和实验研究

摘　　要：本文观察了产宝口服液对妇女产后康复的影响。临床观察表明该制剂具有促进产后子宫缩复,减少产后感染、出血、便秘、乳腺炎等并发症,提高免疫功能及抗病应激能力等作用。动物实验显示产宝能提高产后小鼠离体子宫的兴奋性,增加收缩张力和频率。由此证实产宝口服液可作为产后预防和保健用药。The article reported the observation on the efiects of chanbao on promoting puerperal recover. The results showed that the solution : ould .significantly promote the puerperal recover of uterus . decrease the puerperal infection, hemorrhage . constipation arid mastadeni-tis-etc. inhance the immunologic function and stress ability. Experimental results showed that the medicine could inhance the isolated uterus excitability of puerperal mouse,increase the contractility and frenquency. All these suggested that (Chanbao oral liquid was a suitable medicine for the prevention and health of puerperal woman.
