摘　　要：目的:总结应用远端分叉式交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法:运用远端分叉式交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折17例。结果:平均手术时间65 min。切口一期愈合,无合并桡神经损伤,肩关节功能恢复满意,骨折于术后3个月愈合。结论:远端分叉式交锁髓内钉固定肱骨干骨折是一种并发症少,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高,功能恢复良好的手术方法。Objective： To analyze the clinical effects of treatment in humeral shaft fractures with distally bifurcated intrmedullary nails. Methods： Seventeen patients with humeral shaft fractures were fixed with distally bifurcated intramedullary nails. Results： The mean operative time was 65 minutes. The incision healed uneventful. No radial nerve palsy occurred. The range of movement of the shoulders was normal at 6 months postoperatively. All the fractures united 3 months postoperatively. Conclusion： The distally bifurcated intramedullary nail is a good surgical method with excellent fracture stability, feasible rate of union and good functional recover for the treatment of humeral shaft fractures.
