摘　　要：本文基于企业系统目的性演进的理论原理及其与企业发展战略研究的基本关系分析,结合我国企业跨越式与可持续性发展的需要,提出了工业生态战略的研究范畴,并对工业生态战略和循环经济模式之间的关系开展了相应的理论探讨。Based on system science theory, their evolution. After introducing some business its relationship with circular economy. At last, strategies. this article analysis the changes of enterprises＇ objectives during strategy theory, the author emphasizes the ecological strategies and this paper analysis the influences if WISCO operates ecological strategies.
