四黄灌洗液安全性实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨四黄灌洗液临床用药的安全性。方法采用急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性及粘膜刺激性试验说明药物的安全性。结果给动物灌喂四黄灌洗液,总药量达168g/kg,未出现明显毒副反应;四黄灌洗液对动物完整皮肤及破损皮肤均无刺激性;用四黄灌洗液滴鼻后,动物鼻粘膜未见充血、水肿、结痂等。结论四黄灌洗液毒性甚小,可供临床使用。Objective To discuss the security of Sihuang Lavage Liquid （SLL） in clinical application. Method The acute toxicity test, skin irritative test and mucosal irritative test were used to prove the security of SLL. Result SLL was fed to animals with the total dose of 168g/kg. There was no obvious venenous and side effects observed. After SLL was dropped to the nose of animal, there was no hyperemia, edema and incrustation in animal＇ s nasal mucous coat. Conclusion SLL is atoxic and can be applied in clinic.
