干血分析法快速筛查前列腺疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨一种前列腺疾病快速、简便的筛查方法。方法对1045例男性,按年龄分为三组,采集末梢血置载玻片,应用可变投射显微镜进行干血分析(Heitan Lagarc1e Bradford HLB),观察凝固血滴氧自由基损伤(Re-active Oxygen Toxic Species,ROTS)的形态学改变,并与临床表现、B型超声、实验室检查等作对比分析。结果前列腺疾病在血滴中心部位出现ROTS。前列腺良性增生、前列腺炎、前列腺癌HLB筛查的阳性检出率分别为98.48%、100.00%和2/2。与其他临床指标的检查结果完全符合。结论HLB检查可作为前列腺疾病普查的筛查指标,也可作为早期诊断、判断病情、制定治疗方案及随访的一项客观参考指标,方法快速简便。Objective To investigate a fast and simple method for prostatic disorders screening. Method 1045 male subjects were divided into three groups, and the peripheral blood drops were taken and analyzed with BVPM. This method was called HLB （Heitan Lagarele Bradford）. The changes of configuration caused by reactive oxygen toxic species （ROTS） in coagulated blood drops were observed. The HLB results were compared with those of clinical syndrome, B-style supersonic diagnosis and laboratory examination. Results ROTS of prostatic disorders appeared in the center of dried blood drop.The positive proportion of benign prostatic hyperplasin, prostatitis and prostate cancer was 98.48%, 100.00%, 2/2 respectively.The results of this method was consistent with the results through other testing means. Condusion HLB can be used as a screening method for prostatic disorders. It can also be used as a referential method for early diagnosis, judgement of patient＇s condition, drowing up a treatment plan and the follow-up study.
