老年人糖尿病低血糖昏迷25例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人糖尿病低血糖昏迷的诊治和预防经验.方法对25例老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果22例2～3天后痊愈出院,2例遗留反应迟钝和明显记忆力减退,1例偏瘫.结论老年人糖尿病低血糖昏迷是糖尿病治疗过程中常见的急危重症之一,及时诊断、正确治疗很重要.同时要加强预防措施,减少老年糖尿病患者低血糖昏迷的发生.Objective To investigate the experience of diagnosis, therapy and prevention in old diabetic with hypoglycemic coma. Methods The study was designed as a retrospective study. The clinical character of 25 old diabetic with hypoglycemic coma was analyzed. Results 22 patients was cured after 2-3 days treatment. Persistent torpidity and severe impairment of remembrance occurred in 2 patients. Hemiplegia occurred in 1 patient. Conclusion Hypoglycemic coma is a serious and common problem among elderly patients with diabetes meUitus. The curative effect depended on promptly diagnose and correct treatment. Meanwhile, precautions should be adopted with increasing intensity, which helps decrease the possibility in old diabetic with hypoglycemic coma.
