摘  要:目的:研究一种采用外部干预进行实时控制的策略抑制有害认知活动达到缩短入睡潜伏期的方法。方法:于2005-03/05录选中南民族大学8名本科生或硕士研究生分两组(睡眠正常组3人和睡眠异常组5人)进行入睡潜伏期对比测试。用微机监测被试对外部声音刺激的行为反应,根据行为反应水平给被试相应的声音刺激并对其间隔和音量加以相应的控制。结果:睡眠正常组3人和睡眠异常组5人,每人各做4次,属于小样本实验。在实验中,每一人次进行得都比较顺利,没有出现无法入睡的情况。且每个被试都是入睡后自然醒来的,一般睡眠时间为30~60min。睡眠正常组平常入睡潜伏期都在15min以内,他们在实验中的入睡潜伏期为10min左右;睡眠异常组平常入睡潜伏期都在30min以上,有的达到60min甚至更长,而他们在实验中的入睡潜伏期大都小于15min。由此看出,通过此方法睡眠异常组被试的入睡潜伏期减小到10~15min,接近于睡眠正常组被试的潜伏期。结论:借助外部干预进行实时调节睡眠是缩短入睡潜伏期的一种有效手段,且可重复,易控制,无唤醒。AIM: To investigate a strategy of real-time control with external intervention from harmful cognition activities, so as to reduce the sleep latency. METHODS: Eight college students or postgraduates of South Central University for Nationalities between March and May 2005 were divided into 2 groups [normal sleep group(n=3) and abnormal sleep group(n=5)], and the sleep latency of subjects were tested and compared. Subjects' responses to external stimulating sound were detected with computer, and sound, interval and magnitude of sound were adjusted according to the level of response. RESULTS: A total of three subjects in the normal sleep group and 5 subjects in the abnormal sleep group received the test, four times for each one, of which belonged to a sub-sample experiment. The experiment was conducted successfully, no one failed in falling asleep, and every one was tested after woke naturally. The time of normal sleep was 30-60 minutes. The sleep latency in the normal sleep group at peacetime were within 15 minutes and about 10 minutes in experiment; The sleep latency in the abnormal sleep group were above 30 mins, some even 60 minutes or more, while their sleep latency in experiment were below 15 minutes. Thus it can be seen that the sleep latency of abnormal sleep group were reduced to 10-15 minutes with method, which was close tO that in tested subjects of the normal sleep group. CONCLUSION: It is an effective means to reduc6 sleep latency by using real-time external intervention. It is easy and can be repeated and manipulated without waking .
