电热毯对青年人的血压和心电图的影响

摘　　要：作者通过对３０名健康青年学生，其中男性１５名，女性１５名，平均年龄２３．５岁，连续３０天整夜使用电热毯前后的血象、血液流变学、血压及心电图进行了检测。实验结果表明：持续用电热毯前后该年龄组血象和血液流变学无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．而血压明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），心电图标准导联Ⅱ、Ｒ波明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示电热毯对青年人血象、血液流变学无明显影响，但可引起血压和心电导联ⅡＲ波的变化。The hemogram,hemorheology,blood pressure as well as eletrocardiogram of 30 healthy young stu-dents(15 male and 15 female,average aged 23.5)were examined before and after their using EWP all night for30 davs in succession.The results showed that the hemogramand hemorheolgy didnt change much(>0.05) be-fore and after using EWP.but the blood pressure decreased significantly(P<0.01)and the wave of R(electrocar-dio standard lead 11,ESL Ⅱ)rose obviously(P<0.01).The experimental results indicated that there was on sig-nificant effect of EWP on the hemogram and hemorheology in the young,but it could causethe changes of theblood pressure and the wave of R(ESL Ⅱ).
