磁场对EHF病毒在BHK─21细胞中增殖速度影响的研究

摘　　要：为探索磁场对病毒的增殖速度是否有影响，本项研究用磁场强度相同而极性相反的磁场分别作用于接种了ＥＨＦ病毒的ＢＨＫ─２１细胞，实验结果表明在该实验条件下，实验组与对照组无明显差别，分析了原因，指出了改进的方向。To investigate whether the magnetic field has any effect on the replication speed of viruses, thisstudy uses the BHK-21 cells inoculated with EHF virus by the same intensity and opposite polarity in the mag-netic field. The result shows that under such a condition,there is not any obyious difference between the experi-mented group and the control group.On the basis of the result,the reason in analyzed and the improvement direc-tion for further study is suggested as well.
