摘 要:本文论述了用一种改进的方法—共沉淀沸腾回流法制备软磁锰锌铁氧体纳米晶。在生成反应前驱体时,通过变换溶液的pH值,得到粒径不同的五个样品,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和粉末样品磁强共振计(VSM)对其显微结构和磁性能进行分析。结果表明该方法成本低、无污染、反应过程易控,且制得的样品磁性能较好,可重复性高。MnZn soft ferrite nanocrystalline was prepared by an improved synthesis--coprecipitation boiled circumfluence method. When forming the precursor slurry, the pH of the precursor solution was changed, and then five samples with different crystal dimensions were got. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were used to characterize the phases and the microstructures of the samples. The magnetic properties of the ferrite were examined by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that using this technique is inexpensive, easy to control and without pollution, and these samples have good magnetic properties and good reappearance.
