摘 要:目的观察急性和亚急性高原低氧大鼠海马神经细胞的超微结构变化,为探讨神经细胞在机体对低氧应激反应中的作用,以及低氧对大鼠海马神经细胞形态和功能的影响提供形态学依据。方法将平原SD大鼠运至高原地区(4100m),在第7天和第30天,取大鼠海马用常规电镜方法进行染色,观察高原低氧环境下神经细胞的形态变化。结果电镜下急性和亚急性组高原低氧大鼠海马CA1区和CA3区神经细胞的形态、胞浆内的细胞器有明显变化。结论高原低氧环境对大鼠海马神经细胞的形态和功能有一定的影响,揭示在高原低氧环境下学习和记忆的减退是机体应激反应异常的表现。Objective In order to explore what kind of rule playing by the motor neuron in the whole bodyg hypoxia stress reaction and the effect of hypoxia on the morphological and functional changes in hippocampus motor neuron, the ultrastructural situation of hippocampus motor neuron caused by acute and subacute hypoxia at high altitudes in rats was observed. Methods After SD rats transferred from plain to high altitudes ( 4000m) 7 days and 30 days respectively, each hippocampus is extracted and stained with routine electron microscope methods and the morphological changes caused by high altitude hypoxia was observed. Results There were significant morphological changes detected in the area of CA1 and CA3. district of hippocampus motor neuron in the acute and subacute groups. Conclusion High altitudes caused hypoxia can impact on the shape and function of hippocampus motor neuron in rat. It reveals that the decrease of ability of studying and memory is an expression for abnormal stress reaction of the body.
