摘　　要：概述了ES/DB技术在船舶航行性能设计中的应用状况,并通过对舰船航行性能设计复杂性的分析,结合专家系统和数据库技术的特点,提出了一个基于ES/DB技术的舰船航行性能设计系统,并对其总体功能结构和关键技术进行了研究和探讨。The application status of ES（expert system）/DB（database） technology in ship＇s navigation performance design is introduces briefly. After analyzing the complexity of ship＇s navigation performance design as well as the characteristics of ES and DB technology, this paper proposes a system frame for the ship＇s navigation performance design, and discusses about the general functions and key techniques of the system.
