疟原虫抗原的免疫抑制效应分析

摘　　要：本文报道伯瓦疟原虫分离、提纯的四种抗原具免疫抑制效应。应用单克隆抗体免疫荧光试验检测结果，四种不同方法处理的疟原虫抗原可造成小鼠脾ＤＣ４Ｔ细胞和Ｂ细胞阳性百分数下降，ＣＤ８Ｔ细胞百分数明显升高。结果表明，四种抗原中具有免疫抑制性抗原组分，通过诱导、激活ＣＤ８Ｔ细胞而对宿主的免疫应答起下调作用。四种抗原中，抗原提纯度高，免疫抑制效应随之增强。The four antigens isolated and purificated from Plasmodium bergheihad the effect of immunosuppression. With monoclonal antibody immunofluorscenceassay,the positivity percentage of B and CD4T-cell were decreased in the mice treatedwith these antigens.The positivity percentage af CD8T-cell,however,was signiticantlyincreasrd.The resuIts show that the composition having immunosuppressive antigen is inthese antigens and it inhibits the immune responses of host by inducing and activatingCD8 T-cell.
