桑树药用资源的降血糖作用研究进展

摘　　要：桑属植物是重要的药用植物资源,本文概述了桑树药用资源的降血糖化学成分和作用机理研究进展。三种中药桑叶、桑白皮 和桑枝的主要降血糖化学成分是黄酮类化合物、生物碱和多糖等,其降血糖作用机理是抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶、抑制糖酶、抗氧化和促进胰岛素 分泌。Morus is one kind of significant pharmaeutical plant resources. This paper summarizes the progress of chemical constituents and effect mechanism of lowering blood glucose on mulberrypharmaceutical resources. The main chemical constituents of lowering blood glucose ofmulberry leaf, cortex. Mori and mulberry twig are flavonoids, alkaloids, polysaccharides and etc, which have the effects of restraining α-glucose glycosides enzyme and sugar enzyme, anti-oxidation and accelerating the insulin secretion.
