摘　　要：可持续发展理论是在20世纪中后期发展起来的以环境保护和人类与自然和谐共处为主题的新的社会发展观。通过可持续发展理论的基本内容,反思传统法律制度的基本观念,同时结合可持续发展理论的方法论,可以了解以可持续发展观为指导的经济法的理论范式,以及相应的法律制度模式。Sustained development theory has developed since the mid 20th century so as to guarantee environmental protection, harmonious relationship between human beings and environment. By studying basic contents of sustained development theory, reflecting on fundamental notions of tradition legal systems, and taking into account methodology of sustained development; we can get a better understanding of theoretical modes of economic law based on sustained development, and corresponding modes of legal system
