摘　　要：在传媒技术和手段日益发达、媒体越来越受到公众关注的今天,编辑及其编辑工作也显得更加重要,尤其在我国期刊市场竞争日趋激烈的情况下,学术期刊要在竞争中做大做强,质量是其生命线,也是办刊者要研究的永恒主题。学术期刊的质量在于其刊文的学术性,并在很大程度上取决于编辑队伍的素质和敬业精神,因此,努力提高编辑人员的学术水平,走“学者办刊”之路,是学术期刊得以持续发展的有效途径。As mass media technology and means have developed greatly, mass media draw more and more attention of the public. Editors and theirs work become more and more important. Especially as the competition of domestic journals market becomes much more intensified; quality becomes the lifeline of all journals and everlasting theme of research for all editors. The quality of academic journals lies in the academic quality of the selected articles, and in the quality and devotion of the editors. Therefore, an effective way to guarantee sustained development of journals is to improve editors＇ academic capacity and follow the way of “journals by scholars”.
