摘 要:用烧结式正极镍基板制成的MH-Ni、Cd-Ni电池比用泡沫式基板制成的电池内阻小。10C电流放电,烧结式的电池放电平台高出25~50mV。电池放电后常温下储存较长时间,当电压低于1.0V时泡沫式基板制成的电池容量将不可逆衰减15%~25%,55℃高温下搁置更明显;烧结镍电极制成的电池无此现象。结果表明:造成容量不可逆衰减的原因是泡沫式基板依赖的钴导电网被破坏所致。The inner resistance of Ni-MH & Ni-Cd battery, which is fabricated from sintered nickel positive substrate, is lower than the battery that fabricated from foamed nickel substrate. When discharging at 10C, the discharge level of the sintered battery is 25 - 50mV higher than that of the foamed nickel battery. When the battery is stored for a long time under the normal temperature after discharge and the voltage is lower than 1.0V, the capacity of battery fabricated from foamed nickel substrate will decay by 15% - 25% irreversibly. The decay will be more obvious at 55℃ or higher temperature, The battery fabricated from sinter nickel substrate has no the phenomenon. It was discussed that the decay of the battery was caused by the destroying of CoOOH conductive net in the foamed nickel substrate.
