摘　　要：目前在开放的条件下,我国缺乏人民币资本项目可自由兑换的条件,具体表现为缺乏资本项目自由兑换所需的宏观经济基础、微观经济基础、政策调控机制及灵活的汇率机制。针对这一问题,本文拟从以上四个方面提出人民币实现资本项目可自由兑换的策略与措施。At present, under the opening up economy, our country lacks the conditions of RMB capital account＇s free convertibility. The problem is specifically shown in four aspects： macroeconomic base, microeconomic base, the system of policy adjustment and exchange rate. The thesis offers the solutions of RMB capital account＇s free convertibility in the above four aspects.
