摘  要:PS15井是杜寨地区的一口重点深层气探井,该井采用大孔密、深穿透射孔技术,并附以 高能气体压裂技术来解决近井筒地带泥浆污染问题,降低压裂施工的破裂压力。在储层改造技术 方面优选压裂方式、优化压裂设计、研制耐高温低伤害压裂液体系,在储层内压出深穿透、高导流 的长缝,来达到增加产能的目的。采用连续油管液氮排液技术加快排液速度,减少液体对地层污 染时间。这些技术在PS15井成功应用,进一步完善了东濮凹陷深井试油压裂技术。PS15 well is a key deep layered developmental gas well in Dusai area which is used big perforated hole and high density, deep perforated tech and addition to high energy gas fracture tech to solve the pollution problem near bore hole of mud, which decrease break up pressure at fracture operation. Optimizing fracture manner and design, developing fractured fluid against high temperature and small damage to formation in side of treatment to reservoir, and making a long crack with deep perforation and high fluid diversion reaches the objective of increasing production potential. Utilizing tech of unloading nitrogen with continues tube speeds up flowing back and decreases polluted time. Application of this tech in PS 15 well improves testing and fracture tech for deep well in Dongpu sag.
