摘　　要：通过对新世纪大学生职业选择过程中择业价值的心理特点分析,揭示大学生择业价值取向的多元化特征以及择业过程表现出来的心理矛盾冲突,通过对教育环境和青年学生心理发展特点的分析,提出对大学生择业价值观的科学教育和引导方法。This paper ,through the analysis of the new-century college students＇ occupation selection values in the process of selecting occupation, discloses the diverse features of college students＇ occupation selection values and their psychological conflict that appears in the process of selecting occupations. Through the analysis of educational environment and the characteristics of young students＇ psychological development, this paper puts forward the scientific education and the guiding methods of how to instruct and guide college students＇ value of selecting occupations.
