摘　　要：本文旨在从矛盾运动理论的角度来诠释武术运动技击实践中,攻与防这对矛盾在武术运动中既相互对立又相互统一的辩证现象,以矛盾运动规律的深度进一步揭示武术技击运动的本质。进而使武术技击运动理论这一古老的传统文化得到更加科学的解释,并使之更加准确地为指导武术技击运动实践服务。Based on contradictory sport theory, this essay mainly deals with the dialectical phenomenon in the martial arts which the pair of opposite terms ＇attack and defense＇are not only contradictory but also unified. Furthermore, it reveals the nature of the martial sports according to the regularities of contradictory sports. Thus, the martial sports, which has been our traditional culture, can be explained more scientifically and can also be applied to direct the martial sports practices more effectively.
