矿泉浴对70例健康人肾脏血液循环影响的观察

摘　　要：本文观察了70例健康人矿泉浴前后的肾脏阻抗血流图图形及各主要指标值的变化情况,发现矿泉浴后肾脏阻抗血流图正常波形增多,异常波形减少,观察指标显示收缩波波幅、舒张波波幅值增加,快速充血时间加快,脉搏波传播时间缩短,流入容积速度变快和血管阻力指数下降,揭示矿泉浴有提高肾脏血流量和改善肾脏血管状况的作用。The changes of impedance hemotachogram and values of main index of renal of 70 health persons were observed pre- and post mineral spring bath.The results showed that the normal figure of impedance hemotachogram increase in renal af- ter mineral spring bath,the amplitudes of systolic and diastolic wave increase,quick congestive time quicken,spread time of wave of pulse shorten,inflow-volume speed quicken and blood vessel resistance index decrease.It pointed out that the mineral spring bath was of improving volume of blood flow and state of blood vessel in renal.
