摘　　要：在斜Haar变换的基础上提出了一种有效的改进算法,描述出了其计算复杂度及变化性能.与其他正交变换相比,在没有增加原斜Haar变换计算复杂度的前提下,提高了其在图像压缩中的效果,并且在一阶Markov模型下优于传统的斜Haar变换和DCT变换.An efficient algorithm for the slant - Haar transform is presented, which includes an existing version of the slant- Haar transform and its computational complexity is estimated. The improved slant - Haar transforms are compared to other orthogonal transform, it is shown to perform better than the commonly used slant - Haar for the first - order Markov model and also performs better than the discrete cosine transform for images .
