摘　　要：国际贸易理论在实践中不断创新和发展,各时期各阶段国际贸易理论的产生与发展和其所处的社会经济背景密切相关,这为我国科学地制定与我国市场结构相适应的贸易政策提供了启示.我国市场结构竞争与垄断并存、国内区际保护以及企业小规模运行的特点决定了我国目前宜采取发挥比较优势与适度保护并重、加强国内区域及与周边国家的合作等贸易政策.The theory of intemational trade has being innovated and developed according to the economy practice of human, and the appearance of international trade theory is connected closely with the specific society and economy background. What we learn from which is trade policy should be in line with the fact of economy development. Today, the characteristics of our market structure is the existence of competition and monopoly, the protectionism among different province, and many enterprises which cannot get scale benefit, which determines that the appropriate trade policy of our country is to attach same importance to the exertion of comparative advantage and moderate protection, enhance the cooperation among different province and adjacent countries.
