摘 要:目的探讨雌激素对创伤失血性休克(Trauma-hemorrhage shock,T-H S)大鼠肝脏功能的影响。方法取雌性青春期Wistar大鼠36只,随机分为卵巢切除组12只,对照组12只,雌二醇组12只,建立T-H S大鼠模型,观察T-H S 90 min,复苏4 h后,采血测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST),碱性磷酸酶(AKP)数值,并研究肝脏组织形态学变化。比较各组之间上述指标的变化情况,进行统计学处理。结果雌二醇组和对照组肝脏各生化指标均明显低于卵巢切除组(P<0.05)。肝脏的病理形态学改变卵巢切除组也要重于前两组。结论雌激素能改善创伤失血性休克大鼠的肝功能。Objective To study the effect of estrogen on liver in trauma-hemorrhage shock. Methods Thirty-six pubertal female rats were randomly divided into 3 groups named as ovariectomy group(n= 12),control group(n= 12) and estrogen group(n= 12). The rats were subjected to T-H S for 90 minutes ,then reperfusion. Serum ALT, AST and AKP were determined at four hours after resuscitation. Results There was significant difference between control group ,estrogen group and ovariectomy group. Overiectomy group had higher levels of ALT, AST and AKP. Conclusion Estrogen can protect liver from injury induced by T-HS.
