选择性肾动脉造影诊断和栓塞治疗肾出血

摘　　要：目的评价选择性肾动脉造影诊断和栓塞治疗肾出血的临床价值。方法肾出血患者108例,肾癌73例、肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤12例、肾外伤23例,采用Seldinger技术经股动脉插管肾动脉造影诊断和栓塞治疗,选用不同的栓塞材料栓塞出血的动脉。结果选择性肾动脉造影能明确出血的部位、病变性质及相关血管情况。108例肾出血患者均栓塞成功,栓塞后达到良好的止血效果,良性病变保留了患肾的部分组织和功能。结论选择性肾动脉造影诊断和栓塞治疗是肾出血的可靠诊断方法,也是安全、有效的止血手段;疗程短、痛苦小、成功率高,临床效果显著,具有临床推广价值。Objective To evaluate the value of diagnosis and treatment of selective renal arteriography and embolization for renal hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and eight cases with renal hemorrhage, 73 cases with renal carcinoma, 12 cases renal angioleiomylipoma, 23 cases with renal traumatic were included in the study, selective angiographic diagnosis and embolization of renal hemorrhage were performed with various embolic materials by using seldinger＇s method. Resuits Selective angiography was able to provide definite diagnosis in location extent and degree of hemorrhage. The embolization was successful in 108 cases and as a result, the renal funtion was partially reserved. Conclusion Selective renal arterial angiography and embolization are reliable and effective in diagnosis and treatmeat of renal hemorrhage.
