摘　　要：目的—观察探讨综合康复治疗我院退役运动员颈椎病的疗效;方法—将退役运动员中临床确诊的颈椎病患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予颈椎牵引联合温热式低周波疗法,选择适当牵引角度及重量间歇牵引,设定治疗时间疗程,后配以温热式低周波治疗;对照组给与牵引方法疗程同前的单纯颈椎牵引治疗;结果—对治疗组和对照组的颈椎病均有疗效,其中对治疗组有显著疗效,两组疗效差异有统计学意义;结论—颈椎牵引联合温热式低周波的综合康复治疗优于单纯颈椎牵引治疗。Objective： To investigate the retired athletes＇ therapeutic effects using synthetic healing in cervical syndrome. Methods： Based on the criteria of clinical diagnosis, patients with cervical syndrome were randomized into two groups. Group A was treated with cervical traction and tepid low frequency electricity ;Group B was treated with simple cervical traction, Results： There were better therapeutic effects in group A compared with group B （P〈0.01）, Conclusion： The therapeutic effects using synthetic healing were more effective than that of simple cervical traction in cervical syndrome.
