摘　　要：在跳远比赛中运动员能否快速、准确地踏板起跳,关系到技术的发挥和比赛的成败。通过收集有关文献资料,结合训练比赛实践情况,从技术、心理和环境等3个方面综合分析了影响青少年运动员在比赛中准确踏板的因素,并对训练提高其踏板技术水平提出了建议。In the long-jump competition, the athlete＇ s fast and accurate treadle-jump relates to the success of the competition and the good use of the sports skills. This essay collects some related documents. It combines the documents with the condition of the training for competition. It also comprehensively analyzes the affective elements of the accurate treadle-jump and raises the views about how to improve the skills of treadle-jump.
