摘　　要：作为地方政府实施经济调控的主要手段,财政对于地方经济持续健康的发展有着重要的作用。文章阐述了财政在支持地方经济发展中应坚持的原则和办法。As a major means for the local government to adjust and control the economy, finance plays an important role for local economy＇s healthy and continuously development. The article explains principle and method that local finance should adhere to in supporting the development of local economy.
