摘　　要：怎样真正实现邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的“三进”,是在新形势下高校思想政治教育的崭新课题,也是落实党中央、教育部有关文件精神的关键措施。文章从建立理论与实践相统一的课程体系,整合师资队伍和提高其素质,实现个人利益与社会需求的统一、个人价值与社会责任的统一、个人命运与民族振兴的统一“三个统一”等方面对此问题进行了研究探讨。How to really realize the Three enterings of the Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Three Represents Thoughts is a fresh subject of the higher school＇s ideological education in the new situation. And it is also the key measures to fulfil the related spirits of the CPC and the department of education.This paper discusses this issue on such aspects as how to set up a curriculum system of theory and practice unified, and how to adjust the teachers＇ structure and improve its quality to realize the homony between the individual＇s interests and the social demands, between the individnal＇ s value and the social responsibility, between individual＇s fate and the national revitalization.
