大学生状态——特质焦虑状况的调查与对策研究

摘　　要：利用Spielberger等人编制的状态——特质焦虑问卷(STAI)量表,对四川大学部分本科学生状态——特质焦虑状况进行调查和分析,结果表明:在校大学生的状态——特质焦虑水平高于常人,较之十年前有明显的升高趋势,说明当今大学生普遍的心理健康状况水平不容乐观。Making use of the table of STAI made by Spielberger, the author investigated and analyzed the idiosyncrasy anxiety of the undergraduates in Sichuan University. The result shows that the level of idiosyncrasy anxiety is higher than the common people, with an obvious increasing tendency. According to this, the paper came to a conclusion that the psychological health of the modem undergraduates is not optimistic.
