摘　　要：探讨抗日战争时期陕西近代纺织工业发展的进程及其特点.借助于历史资料,分析了陕西近代纺织工业发展的艰难道路及发展过程中的特殊规律.结果表明:(1)抗战时期陕西战略地位上升成为纺织工业发展的契机;(2)特殊的市场条件造成纺织工业发展的有利空间;(3)内迁企业为陕西纺织工业发展输送了先进的技术、设备和人才;(4)政府较多地干预,国有企业起重要作用是抗战时期陕西纺织工业的发展特点.The development and features of Shannxi textile industry are discussed. According to the historical documents,the special law of development of Shannxi textile is analysed during anti-Japanese war. The result shows that： （1） Raising Shannxi strategic position was a jucture of textile industry development; （2） Special market condition brought about the advantageous space for the development of textile industry ; （3） Some enterprises transferred to the west offer the techniques,equipment and qualified personnel for the development of Shannxi textile industry; （4） The government put more efforts to interposes the economic policy played an important role for the development of state-owned-enterprises.
