摘　　要：讨论印染设备多电机同步调速中常用的松紧架同步方案的利与弊,提出了几种不用松紧架,也不用任何张力传感器和速度传感器而实现同步调速的方案.借助这些方案有可能少用松紧架或者完全不用松紧架而实现印染设备多电机同步调速.The advantages and the disadvantages of the Dancers which are often used in the multi-motor synchronization variable speed drives of the dyeing and printing machines were discussed. Several schemes are put forward which can accomplish synchronization variable speed drives without dancers and sensors. By these schemes,it is possible to synchronize multi-motor with less dancers or without dancers.
