X 70管线钢弯管感应加热淬火性能研究

摘　　要：采用感应加热研究X 70控轧钢弯管二次加热力学组织、力学性能随着淬火温度、回火时间的变化规律.结果表明,二次加热性能有所损失,但通过合理制定热处理工艺能够得到恢复.Using the method of induction heating, the regulation of the variety of X70 controlled rolling steel bends＇ mechanics structure and mechanics property in secondary heating is investigated. The result shows that the property of X70 bends have slight lost in secendary heating, but it can be recorved by making reasonable heat-treating process.
